Campbell County lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Wheatland, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's game. The Camels' pitchers stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 16-0 shutout on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Camels, who have now won 17 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Campbell County got a massive performance out of Bayley Gray, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI. That's the most runs Gray has posted since back in March. Sam Torres was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Campbell County kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive contests.

Campbell County's victory bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Wheatland, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Campbell County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against East on the 2nd. As for Wheatland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 12-2 victory against Thunder Basin on the 3rd.
