Alba-Golden lost to Hawkins on Tuesday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Alba-Golden Panthers blew past the Hawkins Hawks 13-1. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 12 runs or more this season.

Alba-Golden has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. Hawkins' loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 13-6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alba-Golden will square off against Martins Mill at 6:00 p.m. on March 28th. As for Hawkins, they are taking a road trip to take on Cumby at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
