The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Thomas Heyward Academy in their matchups with Patrick Henry Academy: they've now lost nine in a row.
It was another big night for Lillian Lucas, who scored 30 points along with eight rebounds for Patrick Henry Academy. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lucas has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Emilee Stanley, who scored nine points along with ten steals.
Thomas Heyward Academy's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Patrick Henry Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.
