 Concordia has  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost five of their last six games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record  this season. As for Chapman,  the  win  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 5-7.
 The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: they beat Concordia by a score of  10-6 later that day.
