Dawson Fields Goes Supernova in Hilldale Victory
Starting off the list is Hilldale's Dawson Fields, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Fields threw for 283 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.5 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 38 yards. Those 38 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
The win got Hilldale back to even at 3-3. Fields and Hilldale will take on Broken Bow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Lindsay Made His Presence Known in Ada's 47-35 Defeat
Ada had to settle for second on Friday, but Deante Lindsay sure wasn't going down easily. Hilldale had no answer to Lindsay as he picked up 154 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Lindsay showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 60 yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Lindsay might just drop another big game when he faces off against Stilwell on Thursday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Lindsay saw the Indians), he picked up 162 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Tyler Fassio Delivers Best Performance of Season
Tyler Fassio produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Poteau to the win on Friday. Fassio wasn't messing around, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making 17 total tackles (7.0 for loss). The contest was his seventh straight with five or more total tackles dating back to last season.
For the year, Fassio has averaged 9.3 total tackles per game and for the season has 2 sacks. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one sack.

Broken Bow Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to Greydon Howell
Greydon Howell's big game helped extend Broken Bow's winning streak to five on Friday. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
Broken Bow's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Howell and Broken Bow will face off against Hilldale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
