The Sedan Devils won the last time they faced the Udall Eagles, and things went their way on Friday too. Sedan secured a 55-49 W over the Eagles.
Udall's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jenson Harness, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Logan Mason, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds.
Sedan's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Udall, their loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sedan will challenge the on Tuesday. Dexter will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Udall, they will head out on the road to challenge the Dragons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Belle Plaine has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 12.
