The Reagan Raiders were the 60-50 winner over the Parkland Mustangs when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Reagan ended up on the wrong side of a rough 64-42 walloping at the hands of Parkland on Wednesday. Reagan was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-17.
Parkland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Azari Wilkins led the charge by scoring 15 points. Wilkins continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Justace Williams was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with four steals.

Reagan will be playing at home against Mount Tabor at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mount Tabor presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Reagan in North Carolina (Mount Tabor is ranked 73rd, while Reagan is ranked 216th). As for Parkland, they will head out on the road to face off against Davie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Davie focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 last Friday.
