Mt. Carmel will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Granite Hills in at Mt. Carmel HS at 4:30 PM.
Mt. Carmel had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Valley Center last Friday 13-6.
Meanwhile, Granite Hills took care of business in their home opener. They blew past Poway 30-7.
Their wins bumped Granite Hills to 1-0 and Mt. Carmel to 1-0. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Watch the game and check back in with MaxPreps for details.
