Leopold entered their tilt with Meadow Heights on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 54-50 W against the Meadow Heights Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Panthers back in January, they had to take a 76-65 loss.

Leopold's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points over those games. As for Meadow Heights, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Leopold will challenge Scott County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Meadow Heights, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Panthers face off against the Cardinals at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
