It was a proper cat-fight when Granger duked it out with Moody on Tuesday. The Lions were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bearcats. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Lions yet this season.

While Granger won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-3, 25-21, 25-23.

Granger's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-7. As for Moody, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Granger will host Florence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moody, they will look to defend their home court on the 19th against Axtell at 4:30 p.m.
