After two games on the road, Central Academy is heading back home. They will take on the Piedmont Panthers at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Crawford has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in three consecutive pitching appearances. Crawford was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 4-for-5 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and two  doubles.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Emma Hunt, who  went 2-for-4 with four  RBI and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Ella Storey, who  scored three  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Piedmont scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Forest Hills  a   20-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Piedmont sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
 Like Central Academy, Piedmont also got a great game from a two-way player:  Camryn Kaminski. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and not a single walk). Kaminski was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Piedmont let  Bristol Outen and  Sarah Belk loose on the outfield. Outen  scored three  runs while going 2-for-2, while  Belk  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 3-for-3.  Reagan Loving was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-1.
 Central Academy now  has a winning record of 8-7. As for Piedmont, their victory was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 13-2.
