East Lee County fell 59-51 to North Fort Myers on Tuesday. East Lee County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
North Fort Myers was led to victory by Bryce Makar and Isaiah Newson. Makar scored 17 points along with 6 rebounds, while Newson scored 21 points along with 3 steals. Khalid Bourne was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 6 rebounds.
East Lee County now has a losing record at 2-3. As for North Fort Myers, they have yet to lose a contest on the road this season, leaving them with a 3-3 record.
East Lee County will take on Lehigh at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North Fort Myers, they will be playing at home against Ida Baker at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ida Baker is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
