After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy, North Hills Prep were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Summit International Prep by a score of 53-44. That result was just more of the same for these two, as North Hills Prep also won the last time the pair played back in January.
North Hills Prep's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Grant Jackson, who scored 19 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Jackson has scored at least a third of North Hills Prep's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ajali Ammah, who scored 16 points.
North Hills Prep's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Summit International Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.
North Hills Prep will be playing at home against Hampton Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hampton Prep is coming into the game with five straight defeats on the road, meaning North Hills Prep will have to defend against a team hungry for a win. Summit International Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
