Huron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Watertown Arrows. Huron was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Watertown work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-16, 21-25, 25-21, 27-25.
Watertown was led to victory by Jordan Remmers and Andi Olson. Remmers had 15 digs and two aces, while Olson had 25 digs. Those 25 digs gave Olson a new career-high. Hensley Hogue also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.
Huron's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Watertown, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
