Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sherman Oaks CES). They took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 100-36 victory over the Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers. The win was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sherman Oaks CES' victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Sun Valley Magnet, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Sherman Oaks CES won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Elizabeth at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 72 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Sun Valley Magnet, they are taking a road trip to take on Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
