Dresden won the last time they faced Lake County and things went their way on Friday too. The Dresden Lions claimed a resounding 68-38 victory over the Lake County Falcons. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Dresden has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points over those games. As for Lake County, they dropped their record down to 4-16 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
