Wapahani is 6-1 against Eastern Hancock since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Raiders will be playing at home against the Royals at 5:30 p.m. Wapahani is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.
Wapahani took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Eastbrook with a sharp 13-3 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Raiders considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Kyle Anderson tossed a big game, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits (and only one walk). Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
On the hitting side, Wapahani got a massive performance out of Eli Andrews, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Quentine James, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
Wapahani was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Eastbrook only posted a batting average of .250.
Meanwhile, Eastern Hancock lost 14-8 to Blue River Valley on Tuesday.
Hayden Rouse made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Eastern Hancock now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Wapahani, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
Eastern Hancock's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Wapahani hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .341. It's a different story for Eastern Hancock, though, as they've only averaged .225. Will they be able to contain Wapahani's hitters?
Wapahani took their victory against Eastern Hancock when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 18-2 score. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Royals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
