It was a good run, but Colebrook Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Littleton Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 back in April.

Rory Shaw made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Jackson Weir, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Colebrook Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Littleton, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-5.
