It's playoff time, and First Baptist had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 45-37 victory over the San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Saints sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Georgia Alford was her usual excellent self, putting up 21 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Meredith Quinn, who posted 15 points.

First Baptist's win bumped their record up to 32-5. As for San Jacinto Christian Academy, with the defeat, they broke their 15-game winning streak and moved their record to 31-6.

First Baptist has already played their next contest, a 46-37 victory against St. Joseph Catholic on the 27th. San Jacinto Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
