Steeleville was sadly handed a defeat on Monday, but Canon Ruby did his best to prevent it. Ruby was unstoppable, striking out six batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.
