The Delaware County Christian Knights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They breezed by Plumstead Christian on the road to the tune of 81-50. Winning may never get old, but Delaware County Christian sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Delaware County Christian was led to victory by Khamai Orange and Caleb Jameson. Orange scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and five assists, while Jameson went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 21 points and 2 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jameson has scored all season. Cole Pruessner was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Delaware County Christian is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Plumstead Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delaware County Christian will square off against Collegium Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Collegium Charter will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 579th, while Delaware County Christian is ranked 134th). As for Plumstead Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Dock Mennonite at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dock Mennonite will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
