Meanwhile, St. John's Northwestern Military Academy scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of Catholic Central by a score of 18-16. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Lancers have suffered since May 16, 2024.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Saturday as neither team is afraid to steal. Heritage Christian has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.6 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like St. John's Northwestern Military Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Heritage Christian took their victory against St. John's Northwestern Military Academy in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 23-11 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
