Spring Creek posted their biggest  win since December 15, 2023 on Thursday. They put the hurt on the North Johnston Panthers with a sharp  64-41 victory. The  win was nothing new for the Gators as they're now sitting on three straight.

 Spring Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Brennan Chambers, who  went 7 for 13  on his way to 23  points and seven  rebounds. Chambers' evening made it seven games in a row in which  he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nathan Jackson, who  went 6 of 15  on his way to 17 points and six  rebounds.
 Despite the loss, North Johnston still got an impressive performance from   Kaleb Pone, who  posted 15  points in addition to eight  boards and three  steals. That was a full 36.6% of North Johnston's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's   had  more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was  Keno Jones, who  put up four points and six  rebounds.
Spring Creek's win  ended  a  six-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 5-6. As for North Johnston,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-9.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spring Creek will take on Midway at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday. One thing working in Spring Creek's favor is that they have posted at least 55  points  in their last nine contests. As for North Johnston, they will challenge Franklin Academy at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
