On Friday West Bridgewater take on Monomoy at 6:00 PM. West Bridgewater are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.
West Bridgewater had enough points to win and then some against Upper Cape Cod RVT last Friday, taking their game 33-14.
Meanwhile, if Monomoy were riding high off their 50-12 takedown of Holbrook/Avon two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Monomoy were completely outmatched, falling 14-53 to Nantucket. Monomoy were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-34.
West Bridgewater's win lifted them to 4-1 while Monomoy's defeat dropped them down to 2-3. We'll find out if West Bridgewater can add another positive mark to their record or if Monomoy can shake off the loss and take the spring out of West Bridgewater's step.
