Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elmira). They claimed a resounding 70-22 win over the Rogue River Chieftains. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Falcons with their most commanding win of the season.

Elmira's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Rogue River, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Elmira Falcons face off against the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rogue River and Glide will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
