The Hardin-Central Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Richmond Spartans at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, Hardin-Central didn't have too much trouble with Southwest on the road as they won 48-32.
Meanwhile, Richmond scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Sweet Springs 79-43 on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Richmond who now have four in a row.
Hardin-Central is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Richmond, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-8.
Hardin-Central came up short against Richmond in their previous matchup back in January of 2016, falling 56-46. Can Hardin-Central avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
