The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Illiana Christian in their matchups with Munster: they've now lost three in a row.
Illiana Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Andy Spoelman and Lucas Reidelbach. Spoelman scored 13 points along with 9 rebounds, while Reidelbach scored 3 points. Spoelman scored a full 41.9% of Illiana Christian's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Illiana Christian now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Munster, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Illiana Christian will head out on the road to face off against Griffith at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Munster, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against East Chicago Central at 7:00 p.m.
