For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Edison and Port Clinton have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Chargers were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Redskins. The result was nothing new for the Chargers, who have now won ten games by seven runs or more so far this season.
Abby Cloud made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched.
