 While Viburnum was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-23,  25-13.
 Jadelyn Barton paced Viburnum's offense, picking up six kills. Barton got some help from  Haylee Barton and her six assists.  Clara Gibbs controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
 Cuba can attribute much of their success to  Brooke Echols, who  had 12  assists and ten  digs. That's the most  digs  Echols has posted since back in September. The team also got some help courtesy of  Allison Heads, who  had 11 assists and five  digs.
Viburnum's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Cuba, the  victory was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-7-1.
 Viburnum has  already played their next  contest (against Bourbon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Cuba, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  3-1  win against Grandview on the 9th.
