After having lost a blowout in their previous game against WF West, The Aberdeen Bobcats were happy to have found some success on Friday. They walked away with a 26-19 victory over Shelton. For Aberdeen, this counts as revenge for the 41-34 defeat Shelton walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2022.
Aberdeen got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aidan Watkins out in front who rushed for 192 yards and a touchdown. Grady Springer was another key contributor, rushing for 59 yards and a touchdown.
Aberdeen's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Shelton, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 3-6.
Aberdeen does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Shelton also has no future games currently scheduled.
