The Denver Academy of Torah Wolves won the last time they faced the Two Roads Charter School Falcons, and things went their way on Thursday too. Denver Academy of Torah claimed a resounding 60-21 victory over Two Roads Charter School on the road.
Denver Academy of Torah got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Avi Askenazi out in front who scored 9 points. Another player making a difference was Ari Hirsch, who scored 8 points.
The victory got Denver Academy of Torah back to even at 1-1. As for Two Roads Charter School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Denver Academy of Torah will take on Denver Eagles Christian HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Two Roads Charter School, they will head out on the road to face off against STEM School Highlands Ranch at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
