Scott Central's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-8. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Clarkdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.
Scott Central skirted past Clarkdale 50-48 in their previous matchup last Friday. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Clarkdale's Ladonya Adams, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds.
