Jah'rel Olson in the second quarter, the Chargers were up 14-7 at the half.
Chatfield saw its 7-point halftime lead decrease to four entering the fourth.
Winkler was one of the big reasons CHS got the victory, as he threw four touchdowns.
The defeat comes as a step back for Arvada West, who notched a 35-25 victory over Hinkley in its previous outing. The win brought Chatfield's winning streak to four games. The loss ended Arvada West's two-game winning streak.
