North Hopkins won the last time they faced Celeste and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers put the hurt on the Blue Devils with a sharp 17-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won 13 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

North Hopkins has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Celeste, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-3-1.
