It was truly a group effort as Geneisys Marcos, Madeline Garrison, and Raven Matsuo picked up one apiece. Garrison is on a roll when it comes to interceptions, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.
The win made it two in a row for Milpitas and bumps their season record up to 10-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.5 points over those games. As for Mills, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
Milpitas wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 28-7 win against Salinas on the 27th. As for Mills, they have also already played their next contest, a 20-6 loss against Presentation on the 27th.
