The Clark Chargers will head out on the road to face off against the Las Vegas Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Las Vegas took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Clark, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, Clark strolled past Cimarron-Memorial with points to spare, taking the game 43-27.
Ariana Brown was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds. The matchup was her fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trinity Tavita, who scored 9 points along with 12 rebounds and 5 blocks.
Meanwhile, Las Vegas had to suffer through a rough 93-6 loss at the hands of Centennial. Las Vegas was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 54-3.
Durango's victory bumped their season record to 0-0 while Clark's loss dropped theirs to 3-2.
Clark strolled past Las Vegas when the teams last played back in February of 2022 by a score of 43-25. Does Clark have another victory up their sleeve, or will Las Vegas turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
