Simon Gratz had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Vaux Big Picture with a sharp 15-2 win. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 13-10 victory Vaux Big Picture walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Luisangel Jaquez was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Yamil Vidal, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-2.

Simon Gratz always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .731. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .714 or higher in three consecutive games.

Simon Gratz's record is now 3-1. As for Vaux Big Picture, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
