St. John's Saints made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,903 from 13,232. The improvement was the result of 38-14 victory over Frederick County HomeSchool last week.
Victory Christian Academy's Justin Seay and Timmy Stephens have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Freelance in both passing and receiving yards. Seay has thrown for 382 yards this season, while Stephens, a 6-foot-7 receiver, has eight catches for 229 yards. Hampton Roads Generals's Joshua Lassiter leads the league in rushing yards with 226.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Rappahannock County takes on Timber Ridge. As it stands, Rappahannock County is in fifth, while the Titans are in eighth.
The Saints led the league in scoring this week after putting up 38 points on the Eagles.
