This past Thursday, the Litchfield Dragons were out to avenge their 44-26 loss to the Mound-Westonka White Hawks from their previous meeting last month, but they had no such luck. Litchfield lost to Mound-Westonka on the road by a decisive 48-34 margin.
The Dragons' overall record fell to 16-8. Mound-Westonka's win brought them up to 16-6.
The Dragons will take on Rockford Monday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close contest. Mound-Westonka will be hunkering down at home again for their game against Watertown-Mayer Monday. Unlike Mound-Westonka, Watertown-Mayer will be limping in after taking a loss.
