Christian Community has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 30 points or more this season. They took their contest at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 69-33 victory over Varsity Opponent.
Christian Community got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Seth Roberts out in front who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds. The match was Roberts' sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Grant Doeringer, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and six steals.
Meanwhile, Heritage Christian took a serious blow against HEARTS for Jesus Christ last Friday, falling 56-22. Heritage Christian has not had much luck with HEARTS for Jesus Christ recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Christian Community is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Heritage Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
