Timpanogos can bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Summit Academy Bears as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Timberwolves this season.
Timpanogos walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-8, 25-17.
Mia Tanner paced Timpanogos' offense, picking up six kills. Tanner got some help from Shelby Hartman and her 15 assists. Tanner and Hartman didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with five apiece.
Timpanogos' victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-17. As for Summit Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-13.
