The Rock Hill Bearcats will be home for the holidays to greet the South Pointe Stallions at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Rock Hill has three straight victories, South Pointe has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Rock Hill scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Elevation Prep Academy by a score of 73-66. That's two games straight that Rock Hill has won by exactly seven points.
Meanwhile, South Pointe took a serious blow against James F. Byrnes on Saturday, falling 67-31. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points South Pointe has scored all season.
Rock Hill's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for South Pointe, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
Rock Hill didn't have too much breathing room in their match against South Pointe in their previous meeting on Friday, but they still walked away with a 60-54 victory. Will Rock Hill repeat their success, or does South Pointe have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
