Weatherford barely beat Kingfisher the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles blew past the Yellowjackets 17-6 on Monday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Weatherford, bringing their record up to 11-9. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Kingfisher, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-14 record this season.

Weatherford will have a chance to go back-to-back against Kingfisher: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
