The Valley Christian Eagles will be playing at home against the United Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
Valley Christian can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 70-32 win over East Palestine at home. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-17.
Meanwhile, United scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past East Palestine 78-51 at home. The victory was just what United needed coming off of a 55-31 loss in their prior contest.
Valley Christian pushed their record up to 10-7 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for United, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
Valley Christian beat the Golden Eagles 63-52 when the teams last played back in January. Does Valley Christian have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Golden Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
