Softball Recap: Sierra Pacific Has No Trouble Against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy

Sierra Pacific got themselves on the board against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy on Monday, but Summit Charter Collegiate Academy never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Bears. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Bears.

Brooklyn Webb was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Laila Ambriz was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.

Sierra Pacific was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .346 or higher in four consecutive matches.

Sierra Pacific's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Summit Charter Collegiate Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
