Azaryon Wesley continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 22 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Raven Jones, who scored nine points along with five assists and three steals.
When it comes to explaining why Tecumseh lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jenna Donohoo. Despite the final result, she scored 19 points along with six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Katelyn Marx, who scored eight points along with five assists.
Princeton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for Tecumseh, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Princeton will challenge Evansville Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Indiana (Evansville Central is ranked 40th, while Princeton is ranked 58th). As for Tecumseh, they will head out on the road to challenge Pike Central at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pike Central is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
