The Cedar Hill Longhorns are on the road again on Saturday and play against the Tomball Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on November 25th. Cedar Hill knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four matchups -- so hopefully Tomball likes a good challenge.
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cedar Hill walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Falcons 59-21 on the road. Cedar Hill might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won six contests by 31 points or more this season.
Meanwhile, in a tight matchup that could have gone either way, Tomball made off with a 25-24 victory over Oak Ridge. The win made it back-to-back wins for Tomball.
Tomball got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Koby Fosher out in front who rushed for 120 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Carter Noyes, who threw for 140 yards and two touchdowns.
Cedar Hill has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Tomball, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
