Knappa will take on Neah-Kah-Nie at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Knappa skips in on five wins and Neah-Kah-Nie on three.
Last Friday, Knappa put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They were the clear victor by a 62-30 margin over Vernonia. The margin was wide but not a surprise since Knappa are ranked far ahead of Vernonia in the MaxPreps state rankings.
Meanwhile, Neah-Kah-Nie scored well below their previous average of 45 points per game, but luckily it didn't cost them. They were gifted an easy win as Portland Christian wound up forfeiting 0-2.
Their wins bumped Knappa to 5-0 and Neah-Kah-Nie to 4-1. Two forfeits in a row aren't very likely, so Neah-Kah-Nie better be ready for a battle.
