Meanwhile, Bibb County's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight defeat. They took a serious blow against Northridge, falling 48-21. Holt's victory bumped their record up to 4-18. As for Bibb County, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-9.
Things could have been worse for Holt, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 51-37 loss to the Choctaws in their previous matchup back in January. Can Holt avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
