The Mineral Wells Rams will head out on the road to  face off against  the Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
 On Tuesday, it was a hard-fought  contest, but Mineral Wells had to settle for  a  4-3 loss against Graham. Mineral Wells has not had much luck with Graham recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
  Braeden Wells was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  six innings while giving up  four earned runs off   five  hits. Wells was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances.
 Wells wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Adrian Holifield, who  went 2-for-4 with two  RBI.
 Meanwhile, while Stephenville put up some  runs on Tuesday, the same  can't be said for Glen Rose. Stephenville had just enough and edged Glen Rose out  2-0.
 Mineral Wells' defeat dropped their record down to 4-9-1. As for Stephenville, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 12 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-6-1 record  this season.
